Export payments to CSV
Reports has an Export CSV button. It downloads every completed payment in the date range you choose, with the tenant, property, and bill month on each row.
Receipt messages when a payment is recorded
A fourth reminder rule, Payment received, sends the tenant a message the moment you record a payment, through the channel you already use.
Add SetURent to your home screen
The app can now be installed from your browser to a phone or desktop home screen, and opens like an app.
One login, several accounts
A person can now belong to more than one account and switch between them from the header. Owners invite people by email and they accept the invite.
Sign-in sessions you can see and end
Every sign-in is now a session you can review, with its device and last active time. Ending one signs that device out.
Reminders for rent agreements and yearly increases
Reminder rules can now watch a tenant's agreement renewal date and their next rent increase date, not only rent due dates.
Reminder channels can't reach private addresses
A channel can no longer point at an internal network address, and the check runs again before every send.

Connect your own SMS or WhatsApp gateway, or a webhook, then create rules for when reminders go out. Each reminder is sent once.
Meter usage chart
Water meter pages show usage over time as a chart, so a jump in consumption is easy to spot.
Date ranges on payment and bill totals
Payment and billing totals can be filtered by date range, with a preset for the current month.
Faster document uploads
Tenant documents now upload straight to storage from your browser, which is quicker for large files.
