When the last ₹4,000 is recorded, the bill turns Paid and leaves Rent Dues. Every amount is a whole rupee, so the totals always match.

Getting the most from it

Give each tenant a rent due day. Without one, bills fall due on the 5th.

Prefer to bill by hand? Turn off automatic generation in Settings and use Generate This Month on the Rent Bills page.

Edit the bill and receipt templates once under Print Templates and every printout follows them.
